It can rock back and forth to provide a wider range of motion which improves balance and stability – important for overall movement and coordination.

Instructions

To use the ActiveRestore Calf Muscle Stretcher:

  1. Find a stable surface to support yourself, such as a table or wall.
  2. Place your foot on the calf stretcher – heel first followed by the ball of foot.
  3. Slowly roll it backwards to stretch the calf muscle and hold it around 15-30 seconds without moving.
  4. Release and move back to your original position.
  5. Repeat the stretch several times on each leg.

It's important to perform the stretch gently and not overexert yourself by overly stretching, bouncing or rocking back and forth too quickly.
